How we operate
All contracts and invoicing are issued by Social Business & Consulting FZE. TLE Global is a communication brand used to serve European clients more efficiently. Our main corporate site is socialbusinessconsultant.ae.

Scope
We work exclusively with timeshare purchases made in Spain. We are independent from resorts and timeshare clubs (e.g., Anfi) and act solely in the interest of our clients..

Services

1) Case Intake & Verification
Document review, contract assessment, and timeline mapping.

2) Legal Administration & Filing
Coordination with Spanish counsel, procuradores, and sworn translators. Preparation and presentation of claims in the ordinary court track.

3) Insolvency Claims
When a resort enters insolvency, we restructure and re-submit documentation for the insolvency administrator within required deadlines.

4) Ongoing Case Management
Hearing coordination, updates, and bank-compliant invoices (incl. purpose code: PMS – Professional Management Services).

Fee model (high-level)

  • Service fee: covers case preparation and third-party costs (translations, filings, procuradores).
  • Commission: percentage on recovered amounts, as agreed in the service agreement.
